We are based in Nairobi and work across the city. We regularly meet clients in Westlands, Upper Hill, the CBD, Kilimani, Karen, Industrial Area and along Mombasa Road, and we are happy to come to your offices for the first conversation. Most of the delivery work then happens remotely, with on-site visits where they genuinely add something — process discovery and staff training in particular.
Can you come to our office?
Yes, anywhere in Nairobi at no charge for the first meeting. For process discovery we prefer to be on site, because watching the work actually happen tells us things no interview will. Outside Nairobi we start on video and travel when the project justifies it.
